Welcome to balleria.kz (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

1.1. By placing an order on the Website, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the order.
1.2. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms. Each purchase is governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of ordering.
1.3. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
2. Who Can Place Orders
2.1. Orders may be placed only by individuals of legal age who purchase products for personal use, not for resale.
2.2. You may place an order either through a registered account or as a guest. In both cases, you are required to provide accurate delivery and payment information.
2.3. Please ensure that all data entered is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
3. Order Placement and Confirmation
3.1. All order steps, including item selection, delivery method, and payment, are shown in a step-by-step format on the Website.
3.2. Before confirming your order, check all information carefully. Once confirmed, changes are not possible.
3.3. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, delivery address, and return instructions.
3.4. We reserve the right to refuse an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or violation of Terms.
4. Product Availability
4.1. All orders are subject to product availability. If part of your order is unavailable, we will contact you to adjust your order or arrange a refund.
5. Prices and Delivery
5.1. All prices on the Website are displayed in the currency of your choice (Kazakhstani tenge or US dollars).
5.2. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination. We ship within Kazakhstan and internationally according to carrier rates.
5.3. Duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in case of return.
6. Refunds
Processing a return may take up to 6 business days. If the returned item meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Funds will appear in your account within 14 calendar days, depending on your bank or payment system.

7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the item within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
7.2. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with tags and all accompanying components. More details are available in the "Return Policy" section.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the Website (images, texts, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of BALLERIA and may not be used without written permission.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent court at the seller’s location.
