Return policy

1. General terms of return
- Returns are possible within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- If you plan to make an exchange, you must first process the return and then place a new order.
- Returns are accepted after the item has been received at the boutique and its condition has been checked.
2. Return of clothing, footwear and accessories of good quality
Returns are possible subject to the following conditions:
- the product has not been worn
- the presentation has been preserved
- original tags and labels preserved
- no signs of use, odors, or damage
- shoes without signs of wear on the soles
- the goods are carefully packaged for transportation
3. Return of a defective product
If a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt:
- It is necessary to record the defect within 24 hours of receipt

After confirming the defect:
- the store accepts returns
- a full refund or exchange will be made
4. Documents for return
To process a return, you must:
- fill out the return invoice
- indicate the order number
- Full name
- contact phone number
- reason for return
5. Shipping costs
- In case of return at the customer's initiative (the size did not fit, they changed their mind, etc.), return shipping is paid by the customer.
- In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery is paid by BALLERIA.
6. Refunds
Refunds are made within 5 working days from the moment the goods are received at the BALLERIA boutique .
This period is necessary to check the condition of the product and confirm compliance with the return conditions.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for payment.

8. Return process
8.1 Return via courier service
- Contact us via WhatsApp
- Fill out the return invoice
- Send the goods via a convenient transport company
- After sending, please send the tracking number.
If needed, BALLERIA can arrange a courier service. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a pickup date and time.
8.2 Return to the boutique
You can personally bring the goods to the boutique:
Kostanay, Bereke district 77
Every day from 11:00 to 20:00
9. Packaging
Currently, returns are possible in any neat packaging that ensures the safety of the product during transportation.
